Most grocery-store fish have been frozen before you buy them never-frozen fish are 6 to 12 days out of the water. At Wixter, everything they sell has been harvested, cut into portions, and flash-frozen at degrees Celsius within three days.

Seared Chilean Sea Bass Recipe with Asian Sauce
I tried this with Orange Roughy and served it over shredded cabbage with red onions. Will use this sauce over different kinds of fish over and over again. A bit more mild than I expected. Using it in fish tacos the flavor got lost a little bit.
Recipe by: Swest. If you don't get to marinade it for 3 hrs, it's OK. Just save the marinade and cook it into a sauce afer I gave this two stars because it smelled delicious and that counts for something in my book
